Congratulations to Emmanuel Hocquard and his translators, Rod Smith and Cole Swensen. Their book, The Invention of Glass, is currently a finalist for the 2013 Three Percent Best Translated Book Award.

Congratulations to Gleb Shulpyakov and his translator Christopher Mattison. Their book, A Fireproof Box, was a finalist for the 2012 Three Percent Best Translated Book Award.

Society of America's New American Poets.

Congratulations to Suzanne Buffam, whose collection, The Irrationalist (published
in Canada by House of Anansi Press and in the U.S. by Canarium Books), was
shortlisted for the Canadian Griffin Poetry Prize.

Congratulations to John Beer, whose collection, The Waste Land and Other Poems,
has been awarded the Poetry Society of America's Norma Farber First Book Award.
John's book was also shortlisted for The Believer Book Award.
